Benchmark Real Estate Group was a project I collaborated on at [L]earned Media. I oversaw the website design and development, photography of the building and units, as well as branding and identity development.
What I loved most about working on this project, was the role I had in bridging any gaps between multiple teams; the brokers, the property managers, designers, developers, etc. Real Estate projects like these are also interesting because they serve a direct one-time purpose (sell or rent apartments) and so overall they have a short lifespan. This usually calls for an accelerated project plan (that I’ve come close to mastering) and care in the work so that it exemplifies true quality but does not overly cross the boundaries of just meeting its’ needs.
